We did it! We bought our first house. We started moving in last weekend and are still unpacking. The house is super messy but starting to feel more like home. There are a few things that we are going to change right away, and a few things that R does not like about the house. While we were house hunting it became apparent we have very different tastes. I think I got more of the things I like in this house, but we were running out of options fast. But of course this is our fist house and not our last, so hopefully next time he will get a few more of the things he likes.
It is a very small two bedroom, one bath. Half of the kitchen has been updated so finishing that project is first on our list. Well, actually second, first on the list is to get our garage in place so we have storage for the motorcycles and tool boxes.
Now that my sewing machine has a new home I can get back to crafting, yay!
