Photographer

(Okay last post for the night and I should be caught up)

This one just make me proud. I am not the best photographer but with the help of a book, the internet and Photoshop I am getting there. But none the less my little man is already following in my footsteps :)

Jax took this one of me taking pictures of him
Guess he knows what button to press

Fathers Day/ Birthdays/ One Last Goodbye

Last weekend was BUSY. But great! We had two Birthdays, three Fathers Days and one last family dinner before Goodbye.

Robie's mom's birthday was Saturday, Robie's birthday on Monday, and Fathers day squished in between.

We had a BBQ at our place Saturday with Robie's family. I set the burgers on fire but they were still good and juicy, Ron brought an incredibly delicious chocolate cake from Costco and we drank way too much alcohol.

Sunday my dad cooked up his amazing wings on the grill and Sidonie made this mint chocolate cake, yes it is as good as it looks. This was our last dinner with everyone around, even Marcel made it! Sidonie boarded a plane Tuesday at 0545 bound for South Carolina.

Then on Monday I made this Guiness Cake for Robie's birthday as it is his favorite drink. Yum!

Okay looking back on what I just wrote, I think I ate more cake that weekend then I have in a LOOONG time. But it sure was good :)

Oh and I was really really bad about taking pictures...Sorry

Is Summer Here?

We have finally had a few days of sunshine after our month of rainy, yucky weather. Of course that means we are outside playing from the time I get home from work until Jaxton goes to bed. We even had a picnic in the yard.

Jaxton loves water, always has. We have done swimming lessons and gone a few time to the indoor swimming pool in Missoula. Meeka loves water as well, or she likes to chase it. Give Jax the hose and you can only image what happens.

It's all fun unitl he gets himself in the eye

Then we sit on the blanket nakie and eat teddy grahams

Buffalo Range

Uh Ya..Sorry
This post is a few weeks late.
We actually went for our little drive on June 3rd. So what...3 weeks late, better late then never right?

Jaxton and Robie stayed home, Robie called it my family's "RedNeck Activity" and did not want to join us and Jaxton is still a little young to sit in a car for that long just looking for animals. Hopefully he can join us next year,

We saw deer, antelope, buffalo and a couple bears on a far away hillside.

Now for the photo dump..

They were trying to get a good photo of the sign
I love them :)
