Hay Maze & Pumpkin Patch

Today Robie and I took Jaxton to the local corn maze. They had a couple little hay bale mazes for the little ones to play in (or rather on:) There was also a small petting zoo and a pumpkin patch. Jax ran around for over an hour until Mom and Dad were too cold and too many people showed up.

Petting the goats

And the sheep

Running like a crazy kid

My rule: if you can't pick it up,
it stays :)

My little pumpkin man, he saw the other kids
and jumped right up there and let me take a picture.

 Up and over

Senior Session

So I did my first Senior Pictures. They were for my sister and we had a BLAST doing them. Here are some of my favorites after processing.

And last but not least, my favorite. To bad she cannot use it for the yearbook.

Photo Booth

A 'photo booth' type session with my son. He kept posing with cheesey grins and wanting me to take more pictures of us together.

Smokey Date

Robie and I got to go on a little 'date' a few weekends back. Jaxton went to play at Mamie's hose and we took off into hills for a little quad/ dirtbike ride. We actually got out of the smoke a bit as well.

Playing Catch Up

This summer went by in a blur, we had such amazing hot weather it was hard to stay indoors. We only got to go camping twice, and even then the second time got cut short when Jaxton came down with a fever (he was getting his last set of teeth). We did spend a few afternoons at the river and a few hours at the water park with all of the girl cousins from Spokane. But most of our time was spend playing in our own back yard or at one of the nearby parks.
This past week we got our first form of precipitation in a record tying 46 dry days (and it was in the form of snow), then suddenly summer was over and fall was here. Just like that the nights were cooler, the days not so hot, the leaves starting changing and there was frost on the windows in the mornings. We don't spend near as much time out side and it has given me the chance to sit down and go through my photos, or lack there of. I am disappointed at how few pictures I took over the summer and how little I posting I did on this blog.
So here are a few photos from some major events that took place, and I will try to do better in the very near future, starting with Sidonie's Senior pics.

 Flathead Lake

Jaxton and Grandpa at my Grandma Vicky's
lake house.

The Cenis clan that could make it to my Granda Vicky's wedding.
Of course I did not get a picture of the bride and groom...

The only two pictures I got of Jax on our camping trip
He is eating muddy buddies in both

We saw a small heard of big horn sheep on the way out
